About Us

Dominion Fiduciary Services Limited (DFSL) was established in 2001 and provides comprehensive trustee and administration services in the areas of employee benefits, pensions and share schemes.

DFSL and its subsidiaries provide tax advice and administer private trusts and companies where required. DFSL has a multi-skilled team of approximately 60 staff with wide-ranging skills and experience who have specialist knowledge in the following areas:

We have offices in both Jersey and London and have recently moved into newly refurbished premises in both locations in order to accommodate the significant growth in our business.

Regulation

DFSL is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission in the conduct of trust company business and has also received regulatory consent to operate trust companies in other jurisdictions. Consequently, in addition to providing a full range of services applicable to a substantial Jersey trust operation, DFSL can provide trustee and administration services for plans which for tax or regulatory purposes must be domiciled in another location.

Directors and staff at DFSL have considerable experience of working with major firms of accountants and lawyers in the design and implementation of various employee benefit arrangements including a number of proprietary remuneration plans.
